Tom Zupanci

Award Winning Creative Services Director that has been in the trenches for over 35 years.  Tom is a brand advocate.  If you have a brand, he will create a new way of building it.  If you don’t have a brand Tom will create one for you.  Tom’s motto is when you partner with First Alert 4 you immediately have an advantage over your competition in your marketing.  The success of our partners is how we measure everything we do.   

Dianne Casey

Award-winning creative leader with 25 years producing commercials, promos and Television shows. Dianne leads a brilliant team, supervises Surprise Squad, and creates campaigns that stick — like glitter, but classier. Dianne lives for the moment when strategy, story and craft snap into place: the idea lands, the audience leans in, and our clients get the results they came for. We aim for work that’s memorable, effective, and occasionally worthy of a confetti cannon.

John Vogt

John has 30 years’ experience in television programming and promotion, including 25 at KMOV.  He is a master of scheduling, planning, logistics, and keeping this great team on deadline.

Tori Dorough​

Broadcast and marketing is the only life Tori Dorough knows. She first fell in love with visual storytelling in high school, going on to work professionally as a news producer, copywriter, editor, live camera operator, promotions producer, and now as Promotions Manager. Tori is passionate about learning what makes each client unique – using their individuality to tell their story in a way that connects with their ideal customers. Outside of her 9-5, Tori co-operates a small business and non-profit with her husband and constantly finds new ways to teach her kids that being weird is awesome.

Steven Hasvold

Steven is an Emmy Award–winning motion graphic artist with over 20 years of experience designing for print, television, and digital media. He brings a strong foundation in broadcast and production environments while adapting his skills for commercial and creative projects. Committed to continuous growth, he stays current with emerging trends and expands his motion graphics skill set to deliver modern, effective visuals.

Daniel Martinez

Daniel specializes in scalable production workflows, making small or simple cameras hit above their weight class, and pushing the big toys to their limits.  While he's most at home with a camera in his hands, he's comfortable in all areas of production from pre to post.  If you need someone to make a boring story more visual or an exciting story into an epic he's here to help.

Chris Jones

With nearly 20 years of experience behind the camera, as an Emmy and Murrow award winning photojournalist Chris has developed a sharp visual eye, strong storytelling instincts, and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure. After years in the news department, he made the move to Creative Services — a transition he sees as a bit of a rescue, one that brought new creative opportunities and a healthier balance to his life.

Today, Chris brings that news-honed efficiency and problem-solving mindset to Studio 4’s commercial and creative projects. He’s known for working quickly, collaborating easily, and delivering polished content that feels authentic and intentional.

Marianne Desrochers

Marianne Desrochers is a two-time Emmy award-winning producer with nearly 20 years’ experience in broadcast media and post-production. She has worked for BuzzFeed, various YouTube channels, and ad agencies. She graduated from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!) and really loves talking about ghosts.

Eric Bonin

Eric was a creative kid with two left-brained engineers for parents, so he grew up bouncing between his artistic side and his scientific side. He loves seeing something cool and breaking down how they did it. Eric has almost 10 years of experience creating outside-the-box ideas for all kinds of clients in all kinds of mediums, and also specializes in getting into the mind of every client and learning their brand guidelines and where to push them. When he's not working he's probably watching a horror movie, listening to punk rock music or hanging out with his wife and young son.

Zach Jones

Zach Jones is an Emmy-winning digital artist, specializing in character design, editing, writing, and animation. His work has aired on TruTV, Cartoon Network, PBS, Nickelodeon, and of course, KMOV.  An animated  kids series he directed has garnered tens of millions of views on Youtube!
